Help the Auxiliary this summer
Recreational boaters on the nation's waterways can do
their part in the fight against terrorism by being on
the lookout for and reporting suspicious behavior on
and around the water. Details of a new governemt
sponsored program, likened to a neighborhood watch,
are forthcoming and will be distributed in the
community and posted here when finalized. For
details on the original news report, see this
story at CNN.com.

I received an email regarding the 'Coast Guard Channel,' a site with lots of video and information dedicated solely to the USCG. This may be of interest to our readers, so I'll add a permanent link on the links page. Let me know what you think.
Also, there is an upcoming AUXCOM course, but complete details with regard to time and location are not yet finalized. Please let Dick Horton know if you are interested through the appropriate channels.
